What makes Silli Straps so special?
Silli Straps are designed to make one of the messiest parts of mealtimes much easier. Unlike traditional fabric highchair straps, our silicone-coated webbing is easy to wipe clean, water and stain resistant, and dishwasher safe. They’re soft, comfortable for little ones and fully adjustable, making them a simple upgrade for everyday family life.

What age range are Silli Straps suitable for?
Silli Straps are recommended for children aged 6 to 36 months. As every child grows differently, always ensure the harness is adjusted correctly and your child meets the safety requirements of your highchair.
Will Silli Straps fit my highchair?

How do I adjust my SIlli Straps?
Silli Straps can be adjusted to the perfect fit using the friction locks located on the back of the harness. The straps offer virtually unlimited adjustment, making it easy to accommodate your growing child while ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.
How do you clean Silli Straps?
Cleaning Silli Straps couldn't be easier. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and your preferred disinfectant, or pop them in the dishwasher for a more thorough clean.
Can I put Silli Straps in the dishwasher?
Absolutely. Silli Straps are dishwasher safe, making cleanup after messy mealtimes quick and hassle-free.
Are Silli Straps free from BPA and other harmful chemicals?
Yes. Silli Straps are made from FDA-approved food-grade silicone-coated nylon and are completely free from BPA, phthalates and other harmful chemicals.

What if my baby chews on Silli Straps?
Let's be honest, babies love to chew on just about everything. Silli Straps are made from FDA-approved food-grade silicone, making them safe if your little one decides to give them a chew.
Where are Silli Straps shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Currently we only deliver within Australia, though we do plan to expand internationally soon!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We dispatch all orders within one business day via Australia Post (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• 2–6 business days for NSW, QLD, ACT, SA and VIC metro areas, plus most regional locations
• 3–10 business days for WA, NT and Tasmania
Please note that delivery to outer-regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
Can I return or exchange my Silli Straps?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, that's okay. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date, provided that:
• The Silli Straps are unused, undamaged and in original condition
• The original packaging is included
If your Silli Straps aren't compatible with your high chair, simply contact us and we'll help arrange a return and refund.
